Barclay Manufacturing Company was the largest producer of toy soldiers in the United States in the period before World War II. The company was still going strong in the 1950s when I occasionally wandered the factory floor picking out pieces that I wanted. I recently came across my boxes of Barclay toys. I thought I would put them up here to share with others who might fondly recall playing with these soldiers and cowboys and Indians long ago.
